Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air and the weather has just turned hot, so I called Lawrence Air to see if they could send someone to help repair the problem. Rachel at Lawrence was very courteous and helpful and told me no one was available on the day I called but could schedule for the next business day. However, she said she would work with the technicians to try to free someone if possible. Since no one became available, she noted that we had the option to schedule an after hours call which we did. The technician, Matthew, called and then came by. He was very friendly, and listened to our problem. He then proceeded to diagnose and solve the problem, which involved replacing a defective part. He showed us the old part and explained in detail how it had failed and how we could manage an issue like that. He was highly knowledgeable as well as being a really nice person, and he got our AC back running in short order.
