Specializing in custom HVAC designs, these are jobs that other companies said could not be done! That is right, we love a challenge.
We have installed 15, yes 15 geothermal systems in the crown jewel of the Newport Mansions. We have also installed commercial dehumidifiers, ventilators, boilers, and other HVAC systems at neighboring mansions as well.
We also have experience installing ducted heating and cooling systems and recently completed an installation at a church located in Newport, RI. This church is steeped in history. So much so that it is on the National Registry of Historical Places.
Hopefully, heights don’t scare you. Our install team completed an emergency replacement at a private school in Bristol. This job required a crane, and due to the emergency, was completed in one day’s time. This team will always stay until the client is taken care of. That is who we are.
LAS also does light commercial work in offices and some medical buildings. We recently completed an emergency replacement at a doctor’s office in Bristol, RI. Gas furnace replacements are common here. Let’s rephrase that, we never just replace, we upgrade and enhance.
With ductless units on the rise, it’s no surprise that installing and working on ductless units has become routine, and we do not see the popularity of these systems going away anytime soon. Technology and efficiency have come so far in the past 30 years. The team loves improving lives and are constantly getting factory training.
